WPC door extrusion machine is mainly used to produce wood-plastic composite door panels with a width of 600-1200mm and a thickness of 25-50mm. It uses conical twin-screw extruders and vacuum shaping platforms and other equipments to produce products of different specifications.

‌1. Plastic Extruder: A conical twin-screw extruder used to plasticize and mold a mixture of PVC or wood powder
‌2. Auxiliary Equipment: This includes a high-speed mixer, an offline door panel laminating machine, and a sawing machine, used for material mixing, shaping, and subsequent processing.
‌Production Process
‌1. Material Mixing: PVC/wood powder, stearic acid, coupling agent, and other raw materials are mixed in appropriate proportions.
‌2. Extrusion: Plasticization is performed in a twin-screw extruder to form the initial door panel shape.
‌3. Surface Treatment: Lamination is performed using hot-melt adhesives such as PUR to enhance surface smoothness and waterproofing.
‌4. Cutting and Packaging: Saws are used to cut to size, followed by packaging.
