Production Process
1. Material Mixing: PVC/wood powder, stearic acid, coupling agent, and other raw materials are mixed in appropriate proportions.
2. Extrusion: Plasticization is performed in a twin-screw extruder to form the initial door panel shape.
3. Surface Treatment: Lamination is performed using hot-melt adhesives such as PUR to enhance surface smoothness and waterproofing.
4. Cutting and Packaging: Saws are used to cut to size, followed by packaging.
